How facial acupuncture works

Very fine needles are placed at points on the face, including along fine lines and areas of tension, together with body points chosen for you. The micro-stimulation encourages local circulation and the skin’s own repair response, and relaxes the muscles that hold expression lines. Many patients notice brighter, more even-toned skin and a softer look to fine lines over a course of sessions.

Because it is acupuncture, the treatment also works on what is underneath: poor sleep, stress, hormonal shifts and digestion all show on the skin. That whole-person approach is what sets it apart from topical or injectable options.

Natural, gradual, no downtime

There are no injectables, fillers or chemicals involved, and you can go straight back to your day. Results build gradually and look like you on a good week rather than a different face. Facial acupuncture can also be used alongside other treatments you may already have; tell us what you are doing so we can plan around it.

What a session includes

Each visit includes a short check-in, facial and body acupuncture, and time to rest. Depending on your skin we may add gua sha with rose quartz to support lymphatic drainage, or cupping on the body for tension. Sessions are calm, unhurried, and many patients fall asleep.

“I wanted something that did not involve needles full of product. After the series my skin looked rested and even, and I slept better, which I did not expect.”
